Credits are team-scoped and shared by all members of a team. Credits are reserved when a generation request is accepted, refunded if the job fails, and snapshotted per job so later pricing changes do not affect jobs already submitted. Paid plans receive their monthly credit grant on each billing renewal.

Yes. Paid-plan teams can buy top-ups at $0.01 per credit. The minimum top-up is $10, the maximum is $10,000, and top-ups must be purchased in $10 increments. Free plan teams cannot buy top-ups.

Yes. Paid teams with an active subscription and a default Stripe payment method can enable auto top-up. When your team balance falls below your threshold, Apiframe charges the configured top-up amount off-session. After 3 consecutive failures, auto top-up is disabled and admins are emailed.

Paid plans receive their full monthly credit allowance on each billing renewal. Unused credits do not roll over by default.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with Stripe proration. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period and can be cancelled before they apply.

Enterprise tiers are monthly-only and start at E1: $1,999/month for 300,000 credits and 200 concurrent jobs. E2 includes 700,000 credits and 300 concurrent jobs, while E3 includes 1,500,000 credits and 500 concurrent jobs. Custom enterprise contracts can be negotiated separately.

Because we are working with AI models that cost money, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Hobby, Standard, Growth, and Scale support yearly billing paid up front. Yearly billing saves about 16% on Hobby, Standard, and Growth, and about 20% on Scale versus paying monthly.

Concurrency limits cap how many jobs your team can have queued or running at the same time. Free includes 2 simultaneous jobs, Hobby 5, Standard 10, Growth 50, Scale 100, and Enterprise tiers range from 200 to 500.
