Credits are team-scoped and shared by all members. Each generation spends credits at a rate that depends on the model, and 1 credit equals $0.01. Credits are reserved when a request is accepted and refunded automatically if the job fails. Your monthly allowance is granted again on each billing renewal. Plan credits do not roll over, so unused plan credits are replaced by the new month's allowance.
Paid teams can buy top-ups at $0.01 per credit ($10 minimum, $10,000 maximum, in $10 increments), or enable auto top-up so your balance refills automatically when it drops below a threshold you set. Top-up credits are valid for 60 days and your plan credits are always spent first.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You can move between Basic, Pro, Growth, and Scale at any time.
New teams can unlock 100 starter credits after a phone check or a one-time $1 payment, so free credits are not abused. That is a one-time unlock, not a monthly free plan. The Basic plan also takes $20 off your first month.
Concurrency caps how many jobs your team can have queued or running at once. Basic includes 5, Pro 12, Growth 50, and Scale 100 concurrent jobs. Enterprise plans range from 200 to 500 or more.
Generated media hosted on our CDN and your task history are retained for 90 days on every plan. Download or transfer any outputs you want to keep beyond that window.

Because we are working with AI models that cost money, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
